| Special Note: | Navy -vs- Temple For the Camporee: All scouts need to bring their Class A Shirt, Class B shirts (wearing the white on Friday and the red on Saturday) and their camping equipment. Friday - November 17, 2006 - Depart WPBC - Please try to be there by 4:30 p.m. Make sure you eat before you go as I am not sure that Mr. Keefer (the bus driver) will be stopping for food. Please wear your white Class B Shirt on Friday. Friday evening: Arrive at Elks Camp Barrett and set up camp. You need to bring your tents and camping equipment. You do not need to bring any chuck boxes or food supplies. Food is provided starting Saturday a.m. at breakfast until you leave on Sunday. Saturday - Mr. Keefer will take the scouts to meet the shuttle bus for the Navy Tour at 8:00 a.m. They will then go to the Tailgate Party at 11:00 and then the game at 12:00. Mr. Keefer will return the scouts to the camporee site around 3:00 p.m. They will eat their dinner around 4:00 p.m. and then there is a Camp and Fire at 9:00 p.m. Please wear your red Class B shirt on Saturday. Also, we need to have a skit prepared!!!!!!!!!!!! Sunday - Wake up at 6:30 with hot breakfast. There is a non-denominational service at 9:00 a.m. Please bring your class A for this service. Depart from camp is at 11:00 a.m. and return to White Plains Baptist Church. I will have the tickets available to everyone on Friday before you leave the church.
