| Special Note: | August 8 – Annual Leaders Planning Meeting We ask that each family bring a dish to share. I need someone to coordinate who is bringing what. After dinner we will plan the activity calendar for the entire year. This is open to all leaders, committee members and parents. No Scouts should attend. It is IMPORTANT that we have as many people come as possible so that we can give the boys the best program year that we can. If you cannot make it, and have some ideas, let me know |
